1. Scope and contact
Grelpor. 100 King St W, Floor 71, Suite 7105, Toronto, ON M5X 1A9, Canada. Phone: +1 416-862-8138 ext. 106. Email: [email protected]. This policy describes the handling of information through grelpor.pro and enquiries about our copywriting services. For privacy questions, ask for the privacy contact at the email above.
2. Information you provide
The form asks for your name, work email and project description. Its fields are processed in your browser to prepare an email draft; the website does not store them or transmit them to a form server. Grelpor receives them when you send the email. Do not include sensitive details or unnecessary information about other people.
3. Purpose and consent
We use received enquiries to respond, clarify the project and prepare a proposal. If you engage us, relevant information is used to deliver the service and meet contractual and legal obligations. This form does not enrol you in marketing. Any materially different use requires appropriate notice and consent unless permitted or required by law. You may withdraw consent, subject to legal or contractual restrictions; we explain any effect on the service.
4. Retention
Routine enquiries that do not become projects are normally deleted within 12 months of the last substantive contact. Project records are kept only as needed for delivery, agreed follow-up, legal retention obligations or a dispute. Records no longer required are securely deleted or anonymized; a legal hold may extend retention. Ask us about the retention applying to your project.
5. Providers and safeguards
Email is delivered through the parties’ email providers. Hosting may process technical information such as IP addresses and access logs to serve and protect the website. Providers may process information outside Canada depending on their services, where different laws may apply. Provider details relevant to your enquiry can be requested. Access should be limited to the purpose and appropriate safeguards used for the sensitivity of the information. We do not sell enquiry details.
6. Access, correction and concerns
Contact us to request access to your personal information, correction, information about its use or disclosure, or to raise a concern. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity and explain any lawful limits. You can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada where applicable. We do not profile visitors or make automated decisions using the enquiry fields.
7. Browser storage and publication
The checked files in this package contain a local script, local styles and a local image; they do not include advertising or analytics tools. The notice preference uses sessionStorage, described in the Cookie Policy. Hosting or a provider such as Cloudflare may add scripts, cookies or logs after publication. Checking this ZIP does not verify the deployed website. The published configuration and policies must be reviewed when those technologies change.
8. Changes
The date above identifies this version. We update the policy when the handling of information or the website changes.
